Preliminary study of the changes associated with lipid break down in oil sardines [sardinella longiceps] stored at refrigerated temperatures

Abstract
The present investigation has been designed to study the effect of storage at two temperatures on the course of breakdown of lipids in oil sardine side by side with such changes as are brought out by the proteolytic action in the tissue during storage.
