But the food habits associated with modern living have been a matter of great concern and the incidence of a number of diseases is attributed to unhealthy food habits. One such well-documented case is the association between the quality and quantity of dietary fat or oil and the diseases like heart diseases, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis etc. en_US
