dc.description.abstractThe paper describes the various stages of the development of different types of IQF plants in India. Some of the machinery are partly imported such as the freezing cabinet and coupled with indigenous refrigeration machinary. Some are fully imported whereas majority are fabricated fully with indigenous components. The paper also describes the essential requirements of IQF plants for producting the latest quality products.en_US
