dc.description.abstractThis paper provides the experimental details of canning of tuna in oil. The species utilized in the experiments were the skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis), yellowfin tuna (Neothunnus macropterus) and bigye tuna (Parathunnus obesus mebachi) ranging in weight from 2.5-82kg. this method worked out is applicable to all species of different size grades.en_US
