dc.description.abstractPackaging of fresh seafood products under vacuum and modified-atmosphere coupled with refrigerated storage increases their storage shelf-life. These packing methods enhance product quality and appearance by suppressing normal spoilage bacteria in products stored at refrigeration temperatures.en_US
