dc.description.abstractThe SET-RPLA kit for the detection of staphylococcal enterotoxins A, B, C and D showed high speificity and sensitivity with a minimum detectable limit of 0.30 to 0.60 ng enterotoxin/g of fishery products. The test provides a simple, inexpensive means for semi-quantitative assay within 24h.en_US
